We are in the process of cashing out all accounts that have a positive remaining balance. We will mail checks five to seven business days after June 30, 2011.

To make sure you get your check quickly, please make sure your name and full address are correctly set in your account profile.

To do this, simply log in, click "Account" in the upper-right corner of any page, then click the "Name/Address" tab. If the information displayed there is not complete or incorrect, click the "Change name and address" button to update it.
