Cowboys CB Adam Jones has been selected to start at LCB for the Cowboys during their season opener. CB Terence Newman is dinged up and may not play. If Newman does play, he will only be responsible for nickel duty.
Jones hasn't played in a game in over a year, so he is likely to be rusty. That being said, Jones was developing into an elite corner prior to his suspension last season, so he does have the talent to perform. For the time being, this is good news for the Cleveland WRs. Bump them up a little bit this week.
